Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Pure Passion — Athlete Development ("Pure Passion", "we", "us") collects when you use our app and website, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

When you create an account and use the app, we collect:

• Account information — your name and email address
• Profile information you choose to enter — age, gender, body measurements, weight, training goals, experience level, and similar fitness details
• Training data — the sets, reps, and weights you log, workout completion, and your training calendar
• Progress photos, if you choose to upload them — stored in your account only, never shared
• Purchase and subscription information — which programs and add-ons you've bought or subscribed to, and your subscription renewal status. We do not receive or store your card number — payments are processed directly by PayPal
• Nutrition intake answers, if you submit a nutrition plan questionnaire — sent to your assigned nutritionist to prepare your plan

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the app:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles account login
• PayPal — processes all payments and subscriptions; we never see or store your full card or bank details
• Resend — sends transactional emails (such as coach or nutritionist notifications)
• Netlify — hosts the website and app

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or other third parties, and we do not run ads in the app.

How we use your data

We use your information only to: provide and improve the app's features, process your purchases and subscriptions, generate your training programs and progress charts, respond to support requests, and — only if you choose to submit a nutrition intake form — connect you with a nutritionist.

Your choices

• You can update or correct your profile information at any time from within the app
• You can cancel any active subscription at any time from your Profile page — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for
• You can request that we delete your account and associated data by contacting us (see below)

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data from our systems within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain records (for example, payment records) for legal or accounting purposes.

Children's privacy

Pure Passion is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
